IMPORTANT: PRODUCTS EITHER CONTAIN OR MAY CONTAIN ALL POSSIBLE FOOD ALLERGENS SUCH AS: EGGS, WHEAT, GLUTEN, NUT/PEANUT, SOY, DAIRY, SESAME, & MORE. Please be sure to advise me of allergens & dietary restrictions in your order request.

Please submit all order inquiries to me in advanced timing of 7 to 10 days; Sugar Cookie orders require 10 days minimum notice.

A rush order will be an additional cost dependant on timing & order specifications. Rush orders are a minimum of 72 Hours/ 3 Days of notice.

There will be a $20.00 late fee on pick-up orders that are 30 mins past established pick up time. Address will be sent to recipient once orders are confirmed.

Delivery option is limited to the York Region area with a flat rate of $20.00 (Excluding Event/Catering delivery; Please Contact me to learn more about these options)

All orders require a 50% deposit once orders & due dates are confirmed. This is a non-refundable deposit. E-transfers are due within 24 hours of order confirmation or else the order will not be processed.

E-transfer email will be sent during the order confirmation process (please refer back to the conversation feed if you cannot find the E-transfer email).

Preferred payment method of remaining balance is CASH OR E-TRANSFER due at pick-up.

Please review my care cards for ordered items; WTF dessert quality & taste depend on various factors (Temperature, Storage, Travel Handling, ect). No purchase will be refunded if these care guides are not met. We are not responsible for any damages or mishaps after baked goods have either been delivered or picked up.
